Have your say on Elmbridge’s new Local Plan

Elmbridge Borough Council is inviting residents, businesses and other interested people to help shape its new Local Plan. The scoping consultation runs from 4 November to 9 December 2026.

The council is asking what the plan should cover and how people want to be involved as it develops. The consultation platform includes surveys on local challenges and opportunities, priorities, the evidence base, and communication and engagement.

Read the consultation material and complete the surveys on the council’s Local Plan consultation platform. Responses must reach the council by 11:59pm on Wednesday 9 December 2026.

Anyone unable to use the online survey can request a paper copy by emailing planningpolicy@elmbridge.gov.uk.
